Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout, based on your location and preferred shipping method.
If your country is not available, feel free to contact us — we will do our best to assist you.

All orders are prepared with care and shipped on the next business day.
For made-to-order pieces, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for production before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Tarannà is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, or for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
📦 Uncollected shipments
If a delivery cannot be completed, the order may be held at a local collection point or returned to us.
In this case:

Reshipment will require a new shipping payment

Alternatively, a refund will be issued for the items (excluding shipping costs)
🌍 Customs
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Tarannà, we want you to shop with confidence. However, it is important to distinguish between purchases made in-store and those made online, as the conditions and regulations differ.
🏬 In-store purchases
Purchases made in our physical store are non-refundable.
👉 If the product is in perfect condition, we offer:

🌐 Online purchases
We only accept returns for orders shipped within the European Union.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
📦 Return & exchange process
Before sending any item back, you must contact us providing:

We do not accept returns for items that are used, damaged, or show signs of wear

Items must be returned properly packaged and in their original packaging

If the item does not reach our facilities, we cannot process the return
👉 If the original packaging is missing (e.g. fabric pouch), we reserve the right to deduct €2 from the refund amount
💍 Important about our pieces
Silver is a malleable material.

Please avoid deforming bracelets when trying them on

Some earrings (such as hoops) can be easily altered if not handled carefully
👉 If the item has been manipulated or altered, the return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective)
👉 For orders with free shipping:

In case of a full return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

In case of a partial return, if the remaining order no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will also be deducted

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and approved.

The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment method:
